Spittal/Drau
- Ice sports arena at Spittal (directly beside the valley station)
- Ski skating rink in the Spittal city park

- Big tour in the Auen – Starting point at the Jahnturnplatz sports complex or at Wiesenweg (car park of the ice skating stadium) 7 km
- Small tour in the Auen – Starting point at the Jahnturnplatz sports complex or Wiesenweg – 5 km Baldramsdorf
- Prepared cross-country skiing trail from the Unterhaus Goldbrunnteich to the sports complex in Rosenheim up to Unterhaus, 15 km
Sledging:
In Seeboden and Millstatt – around the Millstatt lake, there are a number of natural sledge routes with mountain lodges

On almost all neighbouring summits of the Milllstatt lake region there are natural ski mountaineering routes offering different levels of difficulty.
