MISUSE OF TICKETS

Ski tickets and passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

By purchasing a ticket, the passenger automatically takes cognisance of and accepts the terms and conditions, and provisions governing the transport and tariff displayed at the valley station.

Violation of these or misuse of tickets leads to confiscation of the ticket, fine of €35,- plus the fee for one day (as per the ropeway Act).

Legal action is an option.

Regular checks are carried out at our facilities!

We wish to bring to your notice that only passengers having a valid ticket enjoy insurance cover.

Refund

Claims for refund are basically not entertained. In the event of accidents or ailments, the days that remain unused can be refunded proportionately. For this purpose, the ticket must be deposited at the lift cash counter and a doctor’s attested certificate must be furnished.

Refund is possible only for multi-day or season tickets.

If the ticket is deposited before 10:00 AM, the amount for the same day is also refunded.

The following are expressly not accepted as grounds for refund: Poor weather and snow conditions, loss, departure, failure or non-operation of facilities.

No replacement is provided for lost or misplaced ski tickets or passes.

Non-operation of facilities

Some of the facilities can be put out of operation during the off-peak season owing to unfavourable weather, snowfall or capacity utilisation conditions.

This does not entitle the passengers or guests to any refund or discount in the price of tickets and passes.

You can browse the operating conditions on the panorama board at the valley station.
